Sydney2Camberra 2016 - remembering Blake
Story
Hi friends,
Last year I rode from Sydney to Canberra for 2 terrific charities. It was such an awesome event that I have signed up to tackle the challenge again.
Sids and kids and Stillborn foundation are two charities very close to our heart. Many of you would know our story and supported us through our difficult time around the birth of our second born child Blake on 16 April 2010. We thanked you for your thoughts and wishes then and we thankyou now for considering to donate to these fantastic charities so they can help families going through extremely traumatic experiences.
Last year the ride was fantastic and surpassed any of my expectations. This year a few more mates have joined in and I am expecting nothing less than the satisfaction I experienced from participating last year.
It was an emotional 2 days reflecting on our own experience and learning of the stories that other friends have endured around the passing of their children.

Red Nose is a national charity working to save little lives through research and education, and supporting heartbrokwn families whose baby or young child has died.
Every year, over 3,000 families are devastated by the sudden and unexpected death of their baby or child. What’s more, 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage. This has to stop.
Through world-class research, education and support we passionately believe we can put an end to this.
